All merchandise is delivered in the form of a gift certificate that is redeemable at the location specified.
Credit Card Processing
We do not process your credit card information online. Your order is received at our processing center and will not be processed until we can confirm availability of items ordered. You will receive an order confirmation that your order was successful placed through our website-however, this does not gaurantee your purchase.
Pick up Orders
When placing an order, you have the option of picking it up at our location and paying for it at that time. Please note that pick up orders are held for 14 days and then returned to stock. We do not gaurantee orders over 14 days old. Orders may ONLY be picked up at Northern Broadcast Inc. Located at 1020 Hastings Street, Suite 102 in Traverse City, MI 49686. Please call 231-947-0003 Ext #10 for directions or if you have any questions in regard to picking up your order. Our offices are open Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm. Certificates cannot be printed directly from the internet and are not available for pick up at the merchant locations.
No Warranty We provide our web site and services on an "as is, as available" basis and without any warranty.
All warranty (where applicable) is provided directly by our suppliers. Purchase of certificates from this website does not constitute an obligation by this company to fulfill terms on certificate itself. Suppliers and merchants are solely responsible for fulfilling terms and conditions as specified on certificates.
Return/Exchange
Certificates will only be accepted for return in the event that the merchant or supplier is out of business at the time of attempted redemption. All certificates must be returned within 30 days of purchase regardless of reason for request. Certificates can be exchanged for certificates of equal value within 30 days of purchase. Original notarized certificates must be returned to our place of business for full reimbursement. Reimbursement will occur in the manner in which payment was initially made. A credit will be applied back against the original credit card. A refund check will be issued for items purchased by check. Cash reimbursement only in cases when cash was used as method of payment. Check reimbursement could take up to 14 days to process.
Shipping/Handling You have the option of having your certificates mailed to you:
- Via Regular First Class United States Postal Service at no extra charge. ****Please be aware that items shipped USPS have NO tracking number, do NOT require a signature upon delivery and we are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items. No returns will be issued for items if original certificates cannot be returned.
- Certified Mail through United States Postal Service at an additional charge-standard USPS certified mail charges apply. Does require a signature and shipments can be tracked.
- Overnight shipping through UPS for additional charge. Orders for overnight shipping must be received before 3pm Eastern for processing or order will be shipping next available business day
- Questions regarding placing special shipping requests can be placed Mon-Fri 8a-5p EST at 231-947-0003 Ex #10.
- You have the option of picking up your merchandise and making payment at that time at our place of business at 1020 Hastings Suite 102 Traverse City MI 49686
